Ocean Grove Running Festival
The Ocean Grove Running Festival takes place on Sunday 22 November 2026 in Ocean Grove, Victoria. All races start and finish at the Ocean Grove Hotel. The event presents a mix of race distances on flat courses that pass through Ocean Grove and nearby areas, with a finish precinct at the hotel.
Race distances include:
- 21.1 km Half Marathon
- 10 km Run
- 5 km Run
- 1 km Kids Race
Every finisher receives an official Ocean Grove Running Festival medal. Race bibs include an integrated timing chip and official results will be published online after the event. Water and sports drink stations are provided on course and at the finish line. The kids race is untimed, does not use placings, and focuses on participation with a finisher medal; parents may run alongside younger children at no additional charge.
Event services include toilets, first aid, clothing bag drop, bike parking and post-race food and refreshments. Volunteers support aid stations and event operations; volunteer benefits are listed by the organiser. Entries may be posted to participants before the event or collected at the Ocean Grove Hotel during race pack collection. The event enforces a no dogs, bikes, scooters, prams or rollerblades rule and requires participants to complete the full course for an official result.
