About the race
The Ocean Grove Running Festival is a weekend running event on Victoria's Bellarine Peninsula held in Ocean Grove on Sunday, 22 November 2026. The event starts and finishes at the Ocean Grove Hotel and uses flat courses through Ocean Grove and surrounding areas that return to a central finish precinct at the hotel.
Race distances:
- 21.1 km Half Marathon
- 10 km Run
- 5 km Run
- 1 km Kids Race
Every participant receives a finisher medal and all race bibs include integrated timing chips for official results. Bib postage is available and race bibs are posted approximately 2–3 weeks before the event; replacements can be issued at the registration tent during pack collection. Online entries close on Friday 20 November 2026 and late entries are available at the event venue.
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age category. Age categories for the 5 km and 10 km include Under 15, Under 18, 18–34, 35–59, 60+, and 70+. Half marathon categories include Under 18, 18–34, 35–59, 60+, and 70+. The 1 km Kids Race is untimed and focuses on participation with medals and spot prizes.
Event facilities include toilets, first aid, clothing bag drop, bike parking, aid stations with water and sports drink, and post-race refreshments. The event prohibits dogs, bikes, scooters, prams, and rollerblades on course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
