OAH STRIDES 4th Annual Race and Family Fun Day
OAH STRIDES is a community event held in Simsbury at the Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center on October 17, 2026. The event pairs organized road races with a Family Fun Day featuring music, entertainment, and on-site activities.
Race distances offered:
- 10K run
- 5K run/walk
- 1 Mile kids fun run
The Family Fun Day program includes live music, a DJ, inflatable activities, a dunk tank, food and vendor areas, and additional entertainment options. Registered participants receive an official OAH STRIDES t-shirt; shirts are guaranteed for participants registered at least two weeks before the event.
Registration and fees for 2026 are listed by category. Early registration for the 5K and 10K is $35, after October 1 the fee is $40, and race day entry is $45. Kids Fun Run registration is $25. A Family Fun Day only pass is available for $20 per person. Proceeds support programs and initiatives that promote wellness, accessibility, inclusion, and community connection throughout Greater Hartford.
