Events
The event offers three different participation options.
- 5K Run/Walk: Starts at 8:00 AM EDT. Registration price is $35 until January 31, 2026.
- O4W Virtual Virtual 5K: A virtual event with a registration price of $30 until February 26, 2026.
- Kids Fun Run: For participants aged 12 and under, starting at 7:30 AM EDT. Registration price is $20 until January 30, 2026.
Course and Location
The O4W5K is a 5K run/walk through the streets of Atlanta's historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. The course starts across from Ponce City Market at the base of Historic Old Fourth Ward Park. It runs throughout the area, including Auburn Avenue, which is part of the MLK Jr. Historic District.
Purpose
The event benefits Hope-Hill Elementary, the traditional public elementary school serving the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood.
Practical Information
Participants can pick up their race t-shirt and bib number on the day before the race (May 9, location to be determined) or on race morning (May 10) between 6:45 AM and 7:45 AM at Historic Old Fourth Ward near the intersection of Angie Avenue NE and North Avenue. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations completed by April 10. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
