NYRR Ted Corbitt 15K
The NYRR Ted Corbitt 15K is a 15 kilometer road race held in Central Park, Manhattan, on Saturday, December 5, 2026. The event honors the life and legacy of Ted Corbitt. Finishers receive a commemorative medal and all participants receive a New Balance long sleeve tri blend T shirt.
The race is a scored event that awards club points and counts toward NYRR programs, including eligibility for the 9+1 credit program. Prize money is available in the NYRR member division; the top five finishers receive monetary awards and separate prizes are listed for the 40 and over division. To be eligible for prize money and time bonuses, a runner must have had a valid paid NYRR membership since at least September 5, 2026 and must complete the course within the stated time standard for prize eligibility.
Time bonuses are available for winners who break the event records and for top finishers who meet specified net time standards in the men, women, and nonbinary divisions. Race services include race number pickup at the NYRR RUNCenter at 320 West 57th Street, bag check with clear bag requirements, live unofficial tracking in the NYRR app, and on site awards for overall top finishers. Accessibility accommodations and guide or support runner requests are available through NYRR; requests must be submitted by the registered athlete at least two weeks before the event.
