NYRR Ted Corbitt 15K
The NYRR Ted Corbitt 15K is an annual road race held in Central Park, Manhattan, on Saturday, December 5, 2026. The event is a 15K course and marks the 18th running of this race, held to honor the legacy of Ted Corbitt.
Finishers receive a commemorative medal and all participants receive a New Balance long-sleeve tri-blend T-shirt. The race is scored and offers club points; it is also a qualifier for the NYRR 9+1 program. Prize money is available to top finishers in the NYRR Member Division, with awards for overall placings and age 40+ divisions, and additional time bonuses are offered for certain performance standards. To be eligible for member division prize money and time bonuses, a runner must have held a valid paid NYRR membership since at least September 5, 2026 and meet the required time standards.
Accessibility accommodations and guide or support runner requests are available and must be submitted by the registered athlete at least two weeks prior to the event. Clothing donation bins will be placed at the start corrals and alongside the course from November 2026 through March 2027 for extra layers to be donated to local distribution programs.
