Course, logistics and policies
NYCRUNS uses a pace-based start corral system (letters AA-F); corrals are located on Well House Drive and assignments appear on the race bib based on the pace listed in the runner dashboard. Bibs are distributed in the Festival Area on race day and can be mailed to NYCRUNS members or added for a fee if registration meets the mailing deadline and U.S. address requirement. Race shirts are available on race day only and sizes are not guaranteed.
On-course support includes water and electrolyte fluids and cans of smartwater at the finish. Amenities listed include bag check using a single clear bag, portable bathrooms, post-race refreshments including bagels and fruit, a finisher medal, and an official race shirt. One complimentary race photo is provided. Results will be emailed and posted after the race. Prize money is offered to qualifying athletes and is distributed to the top ten places, with first place listed as $1,000. The event follows a no-refunds, no-transfers policy; strollers and dogs are not allowed and time limits apply on course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
