Run to the Verrazzano 4 Miler NSRF 2027
The event is a 4 miler out and back on the boardwalk at Veterans Pier in Brooklyn with views of the Verrazzano Narrows Bridge. The course runs along the shore near Shore Road and Bay Ridge Avenue on Munsee Lenape / Canarsie lands.
Registration is not yet open and notifications will be sent ahead of the registration opening. In-person and virtual participation options are offered. Virtual entrants have from the first day of the event and one full week to log a time and submit up to five photos; event items begin shipping on the first day of the event.
On-site amenities include an informal bag check area, bathrooms a few minutes’ walk from the start and finish, hydration at the finish line, and refreshments supplied by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Participants receive an Abridge tee.
Bibs may be picked up in person starting one hour before the event or mailed for a $10 fee if registration occurs at least ten days before the event; mailed bibs begin shipping prior to the event. Bib placement guidance and visibility requirements are provided for accurate timing.
Age group recognition is awarded to top finishers overall and to the top finisher in each listed age category. Live online, email, and text results are available, with same-day finish-line photos and free video. Proceeds benefit the Never Stop Running Foundation, a 501(c)(3).
