2026 Never Stop Running Foundation The Rainbow Run 5K
The Never Stop Running Foundation presents The Rainbow Run 5K on June 21, 2026 at Eisenhower Park Field 2, Parking Lot 2, East Meadow, NY. The event is a pride-themed 5K run/walk held rain or shine and includes a free kiddie fun run held before the main race. The event supports PFY, a division of the Long Island Crisis Center; 100% of donations and a portion of proceeds benefit that organization.

- Virtual 5K (participants may log time and photos during the virtual window)
In-person and virtual entries include a T-shirt and a pride flag. A bib-mailing add-on is available for a fee. Registration fees vary by registration period and include processing fees.

The course is based in Eisenhower Park (Merrick Lands / Eisenhower Park); a certified course map is provided by the organizer. Amenities include an informal bag-check area, nearby bathrooms, hydration at the finish, and post-race refreshments provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. The event offers free finish-line photos. Awards are given to the top overall finishers by Female/Male/X categories and to the top finisher in multiple age-group categories.
