The Rainbow Run 5K Presented by NSRF
The Rainbow Run 5K Presented by NSRF is a community running event held at Eisenhower Park, Field 2, in East Meadow, New York. The event supports and raises awareness for LGBT+ youth mental health across Long Island and uses the park grounds for a road race course listed as Merrick Lands / Eisenhower Park.

Event amenities include an informal bag check area, bathrooms within a few minutes walk of the start and finish, hydration provided at the finish line, and post-race refreshments supplied by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Free finish line photos are provided. A PRIDE soft blend tee is available for participants.
A virtual option allows participants to log a time and upload up to five photos during the event week; virtual participants receive mailed race items and bibs with shipping beginning on the event start day. In-person bib pickup is available on race day and there is an option to have a bib mailed in advance for a fee when registered at least ten days before the event.
Awards are presented to the top overall finishers and top finishers by category. Overall awards go to Top 1 F/M/X, and age group awards include Top 1 F/M/X for 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, and 90 plus.
