NSRF Presents The Rainbow Run 5K
The Rainbow Run 5K is a community pride 5K run and walk presented by the Never Stop Running Foundation. The event takes place in June 2026 at Eisenhower Park Field 2, Parking Lot 2, East Meadow, New York. A free kiddie fun run is included as part of the event program.
Both in-person and virtual participation options are offered. Virtual participants have a window to record and submit their times and may upload up to five photos. A bib mailing option is available for an additional fee for those who register sufficiently in advance. Race fees are non-refundable.
Event amenities include an informal bag check area, nearby restroom facilities, on-site hydration at the finish area, and refreshments provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Free finish line photos are provided. A soft blend "pride" T-shirt is available as event apparel.
Awards are presented to the top overall finishers in female, male, and X categories, plus top finishers in multiple age groups beginning with 14 and under and continuing in standard 10-year brackets. Donations and a portion of proceeds benefit PFY, a division of the Long Island Crisis Center, which provides services and advocacy for LGBTQ+ individuals focused on health, education, and supportive services.
