NSRF Presents The Rainbow Run 5K is a Pride-themed charity race at Eisenhower Park (Field 2), East Meadow, NY 11554. The event offers an in-person 5K Run/Walk plus a virtual 5K option, and a free Kiddie Fun Run 30 minutes before race start. The course runs through Merrick Lands in the expansive Nassau County park, with informal bag check, nearby bathrooms, and finish-line refreshments.
