Event overview
The Rainbow Run is a community pride run presented by the Never Stop Running Foundation. It takes place in June 2026 at Eisenhower Park Field 2, Parking Lot 2, East Meadow, NY 11554. The event includes an in-person 5K run/walk, a virtual 5K option, and a free Kiddie Fun Run held shortly before the main event. A course map is available for the race route through Eisenhower Park.

Amenities and course
Informal bag check will be available in the staging area. Bathrooms are located within a few minutes walk from the start and finish area. Hydration will be provided at the finish. Post-race refreshments are provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Finish line photos are provided free of charge. The event uses space within Eisenhower Park; a certified course map is provided by the organizers.
Awards and beneficiary
Awards are given to the top overall finishers in female, male, and X (non-binary) categories and to top finishers in multiple age groups (14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, 90+). Donations and a portion of proceeds benefit PFY, a division of the Long Island Crisis Center, which provides supportive services and advocacy for LGBTQ+ individuals.
