NSR Summer Camp
NSR Summer Camp is a multi day triathlon training camp presented by Negative Split Racing in Ardmore, Oklahoma. The 2026 dates are July 16 to July 19. The camp is centered near Lake Murray with swim sessions in the lake and a host hotel at SpringHill Suites Ardmore. Dinner is included in camp fees on the Friday and Saturday evenings.
The program includes fully supported swim, bike and run sessions, plus education sessions and late season course insights. The bike course is described as hilly and winding with over 4,500 feet of elevation. The bike course and the brick session have been updated for 2026, and the Sunday run course has a new layout. Agenda items include an open water swim opportunity, bike handling and readiness clinics, group rides of varying distances, brick sessions, transition practice and question and answer sessions.

Camp fees follow a tiered schedule with increasing rates as event dates approach. Lodging is available at the SpringHill Suites Ardmore with a quoted rate of 104.00 USD per night and a last day to book of July 03, 2026. The event policy states no transfers, full refunds available until February 28, 2026, 50 percent refunds until March 31, 2026, and no refunds after March 31, 2026.
