Nowata 5K and Fun Run
The event takes place on September 26, 2026, at Nowata City Hall, 114 S. Maple Street, Nowata, OK 74048. It includes in person and virtual options for a 5K and an in person one mile fun run and walk.

All proceeds and donations benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Nowata. Timing is provided by Tatur Racing. The event is USATF sanctioned and held on a certified course. Race shirts for in person participants are distributed after the event, while shirts for virtual participants are distributed at a later date. Medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each standard age group for the 5K.
Registration fees listed for the events are twenty dollars for the 5K and virtual 5K, and ten dollars for the fun run and walk. Race day packet pickup and onsite registration are offered on the event day. The organizer provides separate in person and virtual participation options and awards for age group placements in the 5K.
