Courses are USATF sanctioned and certified, with electronic timing provided by Tatur Racing. Medals are awarded to the top three finishers in each gender and age group category. Packet pickup begins on Friday, April 10, at the Claremore Museum of History; race day pickup is available at the registration table. Registration for a guaranteed T-shirt closes on March 27. Virtual race registrants who sign up by that date are also guaranteed a shirt, which will be mailed after race day.
The awards presentation at the museum features vendor services and refreshments including free massages from Reset Chiropractic, teas from 6:19 Nutrition, food trucks, selfie spots, popcorn and snacks. Visitors can view an Andy Payne exhibit inside the museum and take a photo with the Andy Payne statue next to the museum. The event also notes the presence of honorary guests during the program.
