Novato Lucky Run 2026
The Novato Lucky Run is a community athletic event held at South Hamilton Park in Novato, California. Participants follow a route along the Hamilton Bay Trail. This annual event serves as a benefit for the Novato High School Safe and Sober Grad Night. The race is open to the public without specific qualification requirements, and individuals can choose between two primary distances:
- 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles)
- 10K Run (6.2 miles)
Participants in both the 5K and 10K events receive official finish times suitable for coaching records or personal use. Registration includes a race day T-shirt for those who sign up by early March. While pre-registration is available online, the event also offers a late registration period on the morning of the race.
Following the conclusion of the runs, an awards ceremony and several giveaways take place. Prizes are awarded to the top three finishers in each division. Additionally, all participants are entered into special drawings, though runners must be physically present after the race to claim any prizes won through these drawings.
