NOVAfit! 5K
NOVAfit! 5K is scheduled for October 18, 2026, at 800 Lancaster Ave, Villanova, PA 19085. The event brings Villanova faculty, staff, students, and the community together to support the Sunshine Fund, which provides Villanova students funding for co-curricular learning experiences that strengthen belonging and connection within the community.
Distances offered:
- 5K running race
- 1 Mile Walk walking event
Registration opens on 2026-07-16 and closes on 2026-10-17. The standard registration fee is $25 before the race date; registrations after that date and day-of entries are $35.
Amenities include long sleeve T-shirts (sizes S, M, L, XL), refreshments, a water station, and a custom Villanova 5K finisher medal for each finisher. The race will be professionally timed by Bryn Mawr Racing Co.; official results will be posted on their results page.
Awards are given to overall male and female finishers, who are not eligible for age group awards. Age group awards are offered for under 17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 plus. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
