Not Ya Mama's 5K is presented as part of the Calhoun Civic Club's 3rd Annual Spring Fling in Calhoun, Louisiana. The event location is 189 Calhoun Loop Road, Calhoun, LA 71225. The program includes the following distances:

Course and event details
The 5K course begins at the Calhoun Civic Club on Calhoun Loop Road, follows Owens, McCain Farm Road, and West Ouachita Baseball Road, then enters West Ouachita Wellness Park for a lap on the park track to finish. The kids fun run is a short loop around the wellness park track.
Packet pickup is described for Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the Spring Fling held at Calhoun Middle School on Highway 80 West, and also at the Calhoun Civic Club on the evening of Friday, April 11 and on the day of the race. The Spring Fling is described as a fundraiser for local scholarships and renovations to the wellness park and includes live entertainment, craft and vendor booths, food trucks, a chili cookoff, a kids zone with activities and a petting zoo, and a community Easter egg hunt.
