Not Ya Mama's 5K Walk and Run takes place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, in Calhoun, Louisiana, at the Calhoun Civic Club (189 Calhoun Loop Road). The Calhoun Civic Club hosts a circuit course that begins at the civic club, passes along Owens, McCain Farm Road, and West Ouachita Baseball Road, and finishes with a lap inside the West Ouachita Wellness Park on the park track. The event serves as a fundraiser for local scholarships and renovations to the wellness park.

5K entry is listed as $30 for adults and $20 for kids 14 and under. The kids Fun Run is free and limited to children 9 years old and younger; all Fun Run participants receive a prize. Registration closes October 22, 2025. Race packets can be picked up at the Calhoun Civic Club on Thursday, October 23 and on race day, Saturday, October 25. Medals will be awarded to the top three men and women in each age category: under 10; 10-14; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; and 60+. Vendors and food trucks will be present the morning of the event. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes for the Halloween season.
