Norway Spring Classic - Norway, Michigan
The Norway Spring Classic takes place in Norway, Michigan on April 25, 2026. The event is hosted at Norway Vulcan Area Schools, with registration, packet pick up and the award ceremony held in the Middle School Gym at 300 Section Street.

The 2-mile route is a paved neighborhood course that includes a short section of Lake Drive. The 5K is mostly on paved roads with about 0.5 miles on Lake Road and two hills. The 10K follows a country and town route with 5.7 miles of blacktop, 0.5 miles of gravel and six hills; miles are marked on the road and there is a water station at the 3-mile mark. The 10K has a two-hour finish limit.
Racing is chip timed and individual race receipts are available after completion. Awards include medals for the top three finishers in specified age groups for men and women and special statues for the top three overall finishers. T-shirt availability is guaranteed for registrations made at least two weeks before the race; afterwards shirts are available first come, first served. Online registration offers a $5 discount. Proceeds benefit the Norway High School Scholarship Fund.
The course changed for 2026 so both the start and finish are located in the school parking lot outside the Middle School Gym. Strollers are permitted on the 2-mile and 5K courses but not on the 10K. Dogs are not allowed on course except for service dogs. The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged for participant safety.
