Lake Antoine Classic - 2026
The Lake Antoine Classic is a fundraising event for Special Olympics. All race proceeds and donations go directly to Special Olympics. The event takes place at Lake Antoine County Park in Iron Mountain, MI on August 15, 2026.

- 15K Bike
- 5 Mile Run
- 5 Mile Walk
- 5K Run
- 5K Walk
- Special Olympic Pricing (applies to any event)
The 15K Run and 15K Bike travel through Fumee Lake Natural Area on mostly flat, unpaved scenic trails. The 5 Mile Run, 5 Mile Walk, 5K Run and 5K Walk follow routes around Lake Antoine on flat, paved surfaces that will accommodate strollers. All events start and finish at Lake Antoine County Park.
Preregistration is online only; preregistration opens February 15, 2026. Late registration runs August 8–14, 2026. Preregistration fees: $25 for the 15K Run, 5 Mile Run and 5K Run; $20 for the 5K Walk, 5 Mile Walk and 15K Bike. Late registration fees increase by $5 for those events. Special Olympians register free. Children aged 12 and under are half price; a $2 participant UPRR discount applies.
Competitive events are the 15K Run, 5 Mile Run and 5K Run, with overall awards for the top three male and female finishers and age group awards. Non-competitive events are the walks and the bike. Door prizes include pairs of shoes donated by Queen City Running. Leashed dogs are welcome; a helmet is required for the 15K Bike. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
