Northumberland Duathlon 2026

The event takes place on 22 March 2026 at Druridge Bay Country Park, Red Row, NE61 5BX, Morpeth, Great Britain. It is organised by VO2 Max Events. The park includes a café, a visitors centre, an outdoor children’s play area, sheltered picnic areas, and camping and motorhome facilities. Registration closes 17 March 2026. A booking fee of 5% is applied to each order.

Course, distances and entry details

The run course follows footpaths through woods and paths around the lake. The bike course uses the Northumberland coastal route. Two individual distance options and relay entries are offered:

Sprint: Run 5.3 km / Bike 19 km / Run 2.5 km
Standard: Run 10.5 km / Bike 38 km / Run 5 km

Relay entries are available for both distances. Minimum ages are specified by distance: Sprint minimum age is 15 years old on 31 December 2026; Standard minimum age is 17 years old on 31 December 2026. Entry prices listed are: Sprint £45.00, Sprint relay £55.00, Standard £55.00, Standard relay £60.00 (each plus the booking fee). Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
