NorthowRun5 takes place on Sunday 14 June 2026 in Northowram, West Yorkshire. The event is a single 5 mile road race on an undulating course that passes views of the Calder Valley.
The race is chip timed and there will be a short presentation for age category winners after the race. Race numbers are to be collected on the day. The event has a race licence (29466) and an entry limit of 200 places; the entry list shows 123 places remaining at the time of listing. The organisers note that entries can be transferred to another runner before 24 May 2025.
Facilities at the race headquarters, Northowram Sports and Activity Club, include water, distance markers, toilets and changing facilities. Showers and baggage storage are not provided. The course is not suitable for wheelchairs; the event is also not suitable for pushchairs and dogs are not permitted.
Entry fees include race administration and card charges. Standard fees are shown as affiliated £11.00 and unaffiliated £13.00, with optional finishers technical running shirts available at higher price points (affiliated with shirt £23.00, unaffiliated with shirt £25.00). If places remain unsold, on the day entry may be available for an additional £2.00. Portions of profits from the day will be donated to Calder Valley Search and Rescue.
