Northland 5K for Food Allergy
The Northland 5K for Food Allergy, organized by ALEIA Project, takes place on May 16, 2026 at Endion Station on the Lakewalk in Canal Park, 200 Lake Place, Duluth, Minnesota. The event is a 5K run or walk, a 3.1 mile out and back course that begins and ends at Endion Station.
Awards are presented to the top male and female finishers and there are prize drawings for all registered 5K participants. A free Kids Fun Run for participants 12 and under follows the 5K; organizers request registration so bibs can be assigned.
Post-event offerings include allergy-conscious food and beverages, lawn games, kids activities, allergy-aware business and product information with samples, and representation from Duluth Fire Fighters and EMT staff.
Online registration is available until the start of the 5K on May 16, 2026. Registration options include a 5K shirt or an ALEIA Project beanie; a No Swag option is available. Registrations completed after May 7, 2026 do not include race-day swag. Pricing listed by date is $35 from February 1 to April 30, 2026 and $40 from May 1 to May 16, 2026. The Kid Fun Run is free. Free will donations and same day registration are accepted. Donations and registrations are tax deductible.
