Event Overview
The Northland 5K for Food Allergy is a charity run/walk event in its fourth year. It takes place at Endion Station in Canal Park, Duluth. The event includes two activities: a chip-timed 5K (3.1-mile out-and-back course) and a Kids' Fun Run for participants aged 12 and under.
Event Details
The event features several on-site activities. These include lawn games, kids' activities, an awards ceremony for the top male and female finishers, and a door prize drawing. For the drawing, participants can enter their bib number to try to win a prize of their choice. After the event, allergy-conscious food and beverages are provided. The Lakewalk, where the course is located, will not be closed to the public.
Registration and Logistics
Registration is available online. The registration fee for the 5K increases after April 30, 2026. Standard registration includes a t-shirt and a choice of an embroidered stocking hat or baseball cap. A 'No Swag' registration option is also available. Registrations after May 1, 2026, do not include race-day swag. Paid parking options are available in Canal Park.
