About the race
The Northern Beaches Triathlon Series presents a Women Only triathlon organised by Warringah Triathlon Club at Scenic Drive, Manly, within the North Head area of Sydney Harbour National Park. The club stages triathlon and duathlon races on a course described as having picturesque views, minimal traffic and flat, fast bike and run sections. Races are electronically timed and full segment results are published. The club provides timing chips, course marshals, raffle prizes, refreshments and a free barbecue for competitors, volunteers and supporters.
Podium prizes and a series handicap award are offered. Race day registration is not available; registration closes the Saturday before each race. Transition closes before the start and the walk from transition to the race start at Collins Beach takes about 30 minutes. Entry fees differ by age and AusTriathlon membership status.
Juniors under 14 may only enter the Enticer. Athletes under 16 are classed as juniors. Athletes over 60 receive a 50 percent discount.
Series entry rules apply to Standard and Premium AusTriathlon members with a minimum of four races and the Women Only triathlon is not part of the series entry.
