Northern Beaches Triathlon Series - Race 3 2026/2027 Season
The event is Race 3 of the Northern Beaches Triathlon Series hosted by Warringah Triathlon Club at Scenic Drive, Manly, within the North Head area of Sydney Harbour National Park. The club runs triathlon and duathlon formats on courses described as flat and fast with minimal traffic and scenic harbour views. The club supplies timing chips, course marshals, raffle prizes, refreshments and a post-race barbecue for competitors, volunteers and supporters. Races are electronically timed and full segment results are published. Podium prizes, series handicap awards and lucky-draw prizes are offered; club members may be eligible for entry prizes to club championships.
Race formats and distances:
- Enticer triathlon: 375 m swim, 2 km run, 12 km cycle, 2.5 km run
- Sprint triathlon: 750 m swim, 2 km run, 21 km cycle, 5 km run
- Enticer duathlon: 2.5 km run, 12 km cycle, 2.5 km run
- Sprint duathlon: 2.5 km run, 21 km cycle, 5 km run
Entry fees vary by age and AusTriathlon membership status; series entries and member discounts are available. Juniors under 14 on race day may only enter the Enticer. Athletes under 16 are classed as juniors; athletes over 60 receive a 50% discount. There is no race day registration and registration closes the night before each race. Transition is located above Collins Beach and walking to the race start takes about 30 minutes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
