The White Mountain Milers North Conway Half Marathon and 5K take place on September 20, 2026, with the event hosted at Schouler Park in North Conway, New Hampshire. The event is presented by Northeast Delta Dental and is the 39th edition.

The course starts and finishes at Schouler Park and follows a back course that runs north on the White Mountain Highway, along River Road under the train trestle, and onto West Side Road using the bike lane to a turnaround near Passaconaway Road. The course is described as New England flat with views of the Saco River, Cathedral Ledge, Mount Washington and the Presidential Range, plus local cornfields and pastures. Course certification for 2026 is pending. No dogs or baby strollers are allowed. The half marathon cutoff is 3 hours 15 minutes (15 minute mile pace). Participant capacity is limited to 600.
Included amenities and services include a performance race shirt, a custom finisher medal, unlimited free race photos, and live online results with optional text or email. A short sleeve shirt is included with registration and a long sleeve upgrade is available for an additional fee. Bib pickup is handled at the North Conway Community Center and name printing on bibs is available if registered three weeks before race day.
Awards are given by gender and age group for both distances, plus a top local resident award. The half marathon also features special awards for first responders and other designated categories. Net proceeds benefit the Gretchen B. Hatch Memorial Scholarship Fund, which supports college bound students from the Mount Washington Valley.
