North Bend Skyline 30K : North Bend Trail Fest
The North Bend Trail Fest is a two-day mountain running event in North Bend, Washington, with a full day Mountain Adventure Expo. The festival includes multiple races, community activities, and an expo focused on mountain gear, demos, and clinics.
The Skyline 30k is the Vert Running Series Championship race and carries a $4,500 prize purse. The course features over 6,500 feet of elevation gain and uses sections of the Old Si trail, which the organizer notes is among the steepest sustained climbs in America. The weekend also includes a true vertical kilometer race on Mt Si, a 10k on Little Si, and an option to run both the VK and the Skyline 30k as a double entry.
Sunday festival programming includes a gravel bike ride, a kids race, childcare via a village project, field games, food vendors, a climbing wall, kombucha on tap, costume races, and a skateboarding introduction.
