Norm's Helium Loops

Norm's Helium Loops is an exciting running event taking place in Salcombe Regis, featuring a unique format where participants complete as many 5.5 km loops as possible within a 24-hour period. Each loop includes a challenging climb of 250 meters, with various distance options available: 4 loops for a half marathon, 8 loops for a marathon, and up to 30 loops for 100 miles. The event accommodates both solo runners and pairs, allowing for relay-style participation.
