The Capten & Bosun

The CapTEN & Bosun are challenging fell running events held on the Jurassic Coast in Seatown, Bridport, West Dorset. The Bosun is a single lap 5.5-mile (approximately 10 km) race, while the CapTEN is a double lap 11-mile (approximately 10 miles) race. Both courses feature significant elevation gains, with 1,617 feet for the Bosun and 3,234 feet for the CapTEN, taking runners through scenic highlights such as Thorncombe Beacon and Golden Cap along the South West Coast Path.
