Norman Cole Penistone 10K 2026
The Norman Cole Penistone 10K takes place in Penistone, South Yorkshire on Sunday 21 June 2026. It is a single 10 kilometre road race organised by Penistone Footpath Runners & AC with an entry limit of 308. Entry fees are £16 for affiliated runners and £18 for unaffiliated runners, with on the day entry available for an additional £2 if the event has not sold out. Prices include race fees, card charges and administration.
The course starts and finishes at Penistone Church Football Club. It begins with a short loop through an estate, then follows quiet back roads toward the Pennine foothills. The route has an undulating profile, includes a steep downhill section that leads onto the Trans Pennine Trail, and finishes with about 2.5 kilometres on a flat trail back to the club. The race is a single lap, on road surfaces, and is not suitable for wheelchairs. The event is held under a race licence, Licence No 30785.
