NoCo Urban Ultra & Relay
The NoCo Urban Ultra & Relay is a set of long distance running events held on the Poudre River Trail in Northern Colorado. The course travels through Fort Collins, Timnath, Windsor and Greeley, with the 50 mile point to point route starting in Bellvue and finishing at Island Grove in Greeley.
Distances and formats include:
- 50 mile individual and relay
- 100 mile individual and relay
- Relay team sizes vary from two up to eight depending on the event
The 50 mile race is a point to point route along the Poudre River Trail. The 50 mile relay is divided into 12 legs, each about 3 to 7 miles. The 100 mile individual event combines 50 miles run on race day with 50 additional miles completed by the runner on their own within a specified date range; results for the self completed miles are submitted through the race system. Relay teams use a single vehicle to travel between exchange points located at trailheads that are accessible by car. Crew support and aid are available at exchange locations and at aid stations along the course.
Participants receive an athlete shirt, a custom race bib and a finisher medal. Solo 50 and 100 mile finishers receive belt buckles.
