About the race
No Bull Around is a multi-day timed running event held May 14–16, 2027 at Willow Creek State Recreation Area near Pierce, Nebraska. The event offers multiple timed races on a measured out-and-back loop along the Limestone Hike/Bike Trail; each loop is 2 miles out and 2 miles back for a total of 4 miles per loop. The Start/Finish and main aid station are located at the Warren G. Otto Picnic Area (Boat Launch). The campground serves as the turnaround and a crew access point.

Willow Creek SRA provides several camping options, including electric, basic, and equestrian sites. Willow Way Campground includes 165 campsites with electricity plus additional basic sites. On-site amenities listed for the park include picnic tables, fire rings, drinking water, a dump and fill station, modern restrooms, showers, and laundry. Approximately half the campsites are reservable; the remainder are first-come, first-served with self-registration payment boxes.
Aid and support include a staffed main aid station, an unmanned midpoint aid station at the campground stocked with water, ice, Tailwind sports drink, and snacks, scheduled hot meals each day with vegan or vegetarian options, and a range of all-day food and beverage items. Pacers are permitted under specified race rules for the longer events. Awards are given to top male and female finishers in each category and time-specific awards are provided for distance milestones. Race swag is listed and no cash prizes are offered.
