NNBR Holt 10km
Organised by North Norfolk Beach Runners, this event features a mostly flat 10 km course through North Norfolk scenery. The route combines open roads and trails and both start and finish are within the grounds of Gresham's School, Holt NR25 6EA. The race will be held under UK Athletics rules, license number 30868. Minimum age for entry is 16. Entry fees are £20 for affiliated runners and £22 for unaffiliated runners.
Facilities include portaloos near the start and finish. There are no changing facilities or bag drop, but parking is available at the venue; SatNav NR25 6EA and what3words ///spud.alley.skinning are provided. Refreshments will include cakes and cold drinks with proceeds supporting the charity Little Lifts. Medals will be given to all finishers. Prizes are awarded to overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female, and to first place in the following age categories for men and women: Junior; under 40; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70+.
Additional information: chip timing; first aid and medical cover at the start and finish area; a water station at the halfway point; headphones including bone conductors are not permitted on open roads. The course is not suitable for pets, wheelchairs or prams. Well behaved dogs on leads are allowed within the school grounds only under spectator care. The organisers accept no responsibility for runners vehicles, contents or baggage.
