18th Annual Night Owl Run
The Night Owl Run is a community event held in Livingston, Montana. The run or walk takes place on a 4.06-mile course. The 2026 edition marks the 18th year of the event, which focuses on community connection and physical movement.

Participants start the event behind Livingston HealthCare at 320 Alpenglow Lane. Packet and race bib pickup is located at the Livingston Civic Center on River Drive the day before and the afternoon of the race. There is no packet pickup available at the starting location.
The event includes an official T-shirt for those who register by the mid-August deadline. A limited quantity of shirts is available for the 2026 event. Following the run, there is a participant barbecue and beverages held at the Miles Park Band Shell.
Proceeds from the registration fees are distributed to local programs and organizations through the local Parks and Recreation division. Over the history of the event, these funds have supported various fundraising efforts and community initiatives. Special registration pricing is available for participants aged 12 and under.
