The Nexus School Steps for Success 5K Race and Fun Run
The Nexus School Steps for Success 5K Race and Fun Run is a community running event held on October 17, 2026 at The Nexus School, 2801 Woodland Rd., Roslyn, PA 19001. The event includes a timed 5K road race and a shorter fun run. Proceeds support creation of the school’s first sensory room, a calming and therapeutic space for students on the Autism spectrum.
Registration is available online, by mail with check or cash payments, and on race day. Online registration closes on October 14, 2026. Entry fees are $30 for registrations received by October 1, 2026 (guaranteed race shirt included) and $35 for later registrations; shirts after October 1 are available while supplies last. A family registration option is capped at $100 for all family members at the same address and is available with mail-in registration only.
Race services include professional timing provided by Pretzel City Sports. Awards consist of Nexus Hats for the overall first male and female finishers and for top male and female finishers in these age brackets: 14 and under; 15–19; 20–29; 30–39; 40–49; 50–59; 60 and over.
