Event overview
The Newport Resolution Run takes place on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at South Beach State Park in Newport, Oregon (5580 SW Coast Hwy, Newport, OR 97366). The event offers three distances:

Course and finish
The half marathon combines flat pavement with approximately 10 km of single-track trail; the course starts and finishes on flat terrain. The race finishes at the Pacific Ocean shoreline. An optional Polar Bear Plunge into the Pacific is available at the finish for participants who choose to do it.
Registration and policies
The event’s refund policy states there are no refunds. Participants who cancel 30 or more days before the race receive a 50% credit toward future Ardor Adventures events; cancellations within 30 days receive no credit.
