Newport Pagnell Carnival 5K

The Newport Pagnell Carnival 5K is a single-lap, fully closed-road road race through the historic streets of Newport Pagnell, finishing on Riverside Meadow during the town carnival. The Serious 5K is UKA affiliated and the course is chip timed. The event includes a water station, a finisher medal, course marking, marshal support, medical cover, online results and professional photography.

Entry categories include the UKA‑affiliated Serious 5K for ages 11 and older and Family Fun options that provide separate entries for older youths and for children aged 11 and under; children in the child category must run with an adult. Push buggies are permitted only in the Family Fun event. Dogs are not permitted in any race.

Race packs can be collected in advance at the event expo during the week of the race or on race day at the registration tent. An Athlete Guide is emailed to registered participants about one week before the event. Deferrals are not accepted within 30 days of the race, but entries may be transferred to another runner before the final deadline. There are no entries on the day.

The race start is at Tanners Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5BW and the finish is at Riverside Meadow. Limited parking is available at the finish via Wellend Drive and additional parking a few minutes away in Tongwell will be noted in the athlete information.
