Wendover Wild Festive Trail Runs 2026
Wild Deer Events stages trail races at Wendover Woods in the Chilterns in December 2026. The event offers timed trail races on forest trails and operates with live chip timing provided by ResultsBase.
The venue is Wendover Woods, Forestry Commission, Upper Icknield Way, Aston Clinton, Aylesbury HP22 5NF. Subsidised car parking is available on site and is paid after the event at Forestry England pay machines.
Distances and entry details include:
- Family 1 Mile : open to children aged 3 to 14; accompanying adult runs free.
- 5 mile Trail Run : suitable for ages 11 and over; canicross friendly.
- 10 mile Trail Run : suitable for ages 15 and over; canicross friendly.
All finishers of the 5 mile and 10 mile races receive an event medal, Wild Deer merchandise, mince pies and chocolates, and drinks. Santa Mile finishers receive an event medal, a drink, and a selection box.
