Newnham 8 and 4 Mile trail race + canicross
The event is an early evening trail run held on the grounds of the private Newnham estate at Newnham Park, Plympton, on the outskirts of Plymouth. It features two looped distances and offers entries for runners with dogs as canicross.
Distances available:
- 8 Miler two laps on the estate trail.
- 4 Miler one lap on the estate trail.
- Canicross entries available for both distances.
The event takes place on Friday 28th August 2026. Minimum age to enter is 18. Entry fees are listed in GBP: 8 Miler £18, 4 Miler £16; canicross entries carry the same fees for each distance. Entries open 15th October 2025 and close 27th August 2026.
The event is organised in support of Bowel Cancer West and all money raised will go to supporting its work. The event page includes terms and a cancellation and refund policy.
