The New Years Day Run & Kids Challenge Course is scheduled for January 1, 2026 in New Hartford, NY (13413). The event is organized by the Utica Roadrunners and is offered at no entry fee. Activities and services
The program includes a kids obstacle course hosted by Forte Fitness at 50 Genesee St on their indoor turf; children who participate receive a prize and are entered into a t-shirt raffle. A 3/5 mile Run/Walk will begin at Grow Brewery/Stride Coffee; routes will be provided for the distances and volunteers will be positioned along the course to assist participants. Current Utica Roadrunner members are entered into a membership raffle with prizes such as Saranac Beverages, Utica Roadrunners merchandise, gift certificates, and race entries. Family memberships receive one raffle ticket per family member, and participants wearing Utica Roadrunners gear receive an additional ticket.
