New Years Day 5K and Half Marathon
The event takes place at North Forsyth Middle School, 3645 Coal Mountain Rd, Cumming, GA 30028, United States. It offers both in-person and virtual participation for two distances.

- Half Marathon (13.1 miles) (in-person and virtual)
Registration opens July 27, 2026 and closes August 8, 2026. Participants receive a finisher medal; virtual participants also receive a finisher medal and are eligible for awards, with event swag shipped within the lower 48 states only. Shirts are available for purchase for $25.
The event includes music along the course. Overall and age-group awards are presented for each distance in five-year categories, beginning with 10 and under. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
