New Vision 5K
The New Vision 5K is a community run/walk held in Loveland, Colorado on September 13, 2026. The event takes place at 2915 Rocky Mountain Ave, Loveland, CO 80538.
The run/walk exists to support New Vision Charter School in the Thompson School District. Its main purpose is to provide staff and students with wellness opportunities during the school year. The Wellness program focuses on teaching healthy choices through nutrition and exercise.
The Wellness Committee runs several school activities, including a Wellness night, monthly health challenges, pedometer challenges, and a running club. Funds raised have been used for items and projects such as grief journals, emotions journals, flexible seating, a tower garden, a running path around the soccer field, drumfit equipment, and a Lu Projector for the new gym.
Registration fees vary by date and include a student discount at checkout. Pricing windows and published fees are: Jul 3 – Aug 18 ($20.69), Aug 19 – Sep 3 ($29.49), and Sep 4 – Sep 13 ($34.99), with a $5 student discount applied at checkout.
Packet pick-up is available early on Friday, September 11 at New Vision Charter School, 299 Peridot Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537 (7:00am–8:00am or 3:00pm–4:00pm). Race day packet pick-up is near the start and finish at 2915 Rocky Mountain Ave (7:00am–7:45am). Northstar Gymnastics is listed as a sponsor.
