Tails on the Trails at Triangle Hills 5K and 2K Dog Run/Walk and Fun Fest
Tails on the Trails is a community run and walk held Saturday, June 6, 2026, at YMCA Camp Triangle Hills in Crown Point, Indiana. The event offers both human and dog participation and includes a vendor area, food vendors, contests, demonstrations, and a Y climbing tower available for attendees.

Registration options include early and standard pricing: the 5K is listed at $30 on or before May 6 and $35 afterward; the 2K is listed at $25 on or before May 6 and $30 afterward. Registration benefits list event items such as a race t-shirt and finisher medal (not guaranteed after May 6), a dog medal charm, a swag bag, and finish line treats for dogs. The 5K includes a chip timed race bib.
A pre-race fundraiser component allows participants to form fundraising teams with prizes for top fundraisers. Awards for the 5K include overall male and female winners and top three finishers across listed age groups. Both distances will recognize the biggest and smallest dog finishers.
