Event Overview
The New England Ostomy 5k is a fundraising event taking place on October 4, 2026, at Wallis Sands State Park in Rye Beach, New Hampshire. It is held in celebration of Ostomy Awareness Day. The event is organized to support the United Ostomy Associations of America (UOAA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All proceeds from the event benefit the UOAA.

Logistics and Details
Packet pickup for race bags, t-shirts, and bibs is available on the morning of the event. Awards are presented to the top finishers in both the Open and Ostomate categories. Participants have the option to create or join race groups or teams.
Fundraising is a key component. Participants who raise $125 or more receive a refund of their registration fee. Additional fundraising incentives are offered at higher levels.
