Neilston Pad Race

The Neilston Pad Race, taking place on May 3, 2025, celebrates the 200th anniversary of the Neilston Show with a special edition of the race. This 5.6-mile (9k) trail run features a new route that includes a climb to the summit cairn of the iconic Neilston Pad, offering a mix of road, path, and trail, along with some muddy sections. Open to runners of all abilities, the event starts from the Neilston Show field and includes entry to the anniversary show.
