Event Overview
The NCHC Save Your Pumpkins 5K Run/Walk is a 5K run/walk event scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2026. It takes place in Sandusky, Ohio.
Purpose and Beneficiary
All proceeds from the event benefit The Foundations for the North Coast Healthcare Collaborative Hospital Systems: Firelands Health, Fisher-Titus, and Magruder Hospital. The funds are invested in patient support, breakthrough equipment, and research to prevent, diagnose, and cure breast cancer. Donations from those who do not wish to race are encouraged.
Location
The event is held at the Sandusky Bay Pavilion, located at 605 E Water St., Sandusky, OH 44870. Sandusky is a lakefront area.
Registration and Costs
Pre-registration costs $23.00, and day-of registration costs $25.00. Race T-shirts are available for participants who register by September 21, 2025.
Packet Pick-up
Packet pick-up is available on Friday, October 2 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Firelands South Campus Community Resource Room, 1912 Hayes Ave., Sandusky. On race day, packet pick-up is at the Sandusky Bay Pavilion. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
