Course and logistics

The course is a downtown road route that uses the Sandusky Bay Pathway and local streets. Streets are not closed for the event, so participants are guided onto the pathway for safety. The route travels north on Meigs Street, follows the Sandusky Bay Pathway west along Shoreline Drive, loops near the Chesapeake Lofts, returns via Shelby, Market and Decatur streets, and reconnects to the pathway before returning to Meigs Street. The 200 block of Meigs Street will be closed before the event. Parking options noted nearby include the Sandusky Justice Center, the lot near the tennis courts, the Erie County Senior Center and adjacent neighborhood parking.
