44th Annual Nautical 1 Mile & 6k Run/Walk
The 44th Annual Run/Walk for your Health takes place in Rogers City, Michigan and is hosted by the Rogers City High School Cross Country Team. The event is scheduled for August 15, 2026, at the corner of 1st Street and Michigan Avenue.

The course runs on paved bike paths and streets and begins and ends at the corner of Michigan and 1st Street. Early packet pickup is the evening before the event, Friday 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the corner of Michigan and 1st Street. Race day registration is available at Lakeside Pavilion from 7:00 to 8:15 am.
Awards are given by age group. The 1 mile event uses age categories: 10 and under; 11-13; 14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80 and over. The 6k event awards plaques to the overall male and female winners and age group awards three deep for the following groups: 13 and under; 14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80 and over.
Registration fees are shown for each distance. Participants registered by August 1, 2026 are guaranteed a T-shirt; registrations after that date are not guaranteed a T-shirt or size. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
