44th Annual Nautical 1 Mile & 6k Run/Walk
The 44th Annual Run/Walk for your Health takes place in Rogers City, Michigan, and is hosted by the Rogers City High School Cross Country Team. The event is held on August 15, 2026, with the course using paved bike paths and streets. The start and finish are located at the corner of 1st Street and Michigan Avenue.

- 6k Walk (walk only, no running)
- 1 Mile Run
- 1 Mile Walk (walk only, no running)
Registration opens on April 14, 2026 and closes on August 1, 2026. Fees listed for the events are $30 for the 6k and $20 for the 1 mile. All participants registered by August 1, 2026 are guaranteed a T-shirt; registrations after that date are not guaranteed a T-shirt or size.
Early packet pickup is scheduled for Friday evening at the corner of Michigan and 1st Street. Race day registration is held at Lakeside Pavilion. Awards are given by age group for male and female competitors. The 1 mile event lists age group awards including 10 and under through 80 plus. The 6k events provide overall male and female plaques plus age group awards three deep for the listed age ranges. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
