National Run Day 2026 - RUN FORT WORTH
The National Run Day 5K Social Run is held annually at Martin House Brewing Company in Fort Worth. This community event focuses on celebrating movement and connection among local runners and walkers. For the 2026 edition, the Glad Running Club joins as an event partner.
The event features a single course distance:
- 5 km
Participants take part in an untimed social run or walk. All paces are welcome to join the activity, which takes place along the trails near the riverside. Registration includes a commemorative cotton event tee and a custom pint glass. After the run, participants can gather at the brewery for refreshments, raffles, and shoe demonstrations. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets to spend time outdoors by the river.
There is no registration available on the day of the event. To guarantee a specifically sized event shirt, participants must register by mid May. Registration is organized in tiers with increasing costs as the event date approaches. There is a dedicated registration option for youth participants, which includes youth-sized shirts. Groups of six or more have the option to reserve a tent space during the registration process.
