National Capital 20 Miler

National Capital 20 Miler and Janet Braunstein 5 Miler takes place at Carderock Recreation Area along the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Towpath in Potomac, Maryland. The event offers two distances: a flat, fast out-and-back National Capital 20 Miler and a shorter 5 Miler.
