Nashville Music Dash - event overview
The Nashville Music Dash is a 5K event in Nashville, Tennessee on May 16, 2026. The event takes place at Shelby Park, 1600 Davidson Street, Nashville TN 37206. The event raises funds for music programs in under-resourced Metro Nashville schools. Race management is by Efitphany LLC.

Teams can be formed with a minimum of four members; a top team trophy will be awarded to the team with the lowest average time. Awards are given to overall male and female winners and to the top three finishers in these age groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 & Up.
The event offers a Founding 100 registration option with a $20 fee, an exclusive bib, listing on a Founding Members banner and website, and VIP check-in on race day. Registration, packet pickup, an opening ceremony and a post-race celebration are part of race day activities.
