About the race
Narrabeen Twilighter is a trail running event held at Jamieson Park on The Esplanade in Narrabeen, NSW, adjacent to Narrabeen Lake, about 20 km north of Sydney. The inaugural edition features multiple race formats run on a measured 5.275 km out-and-back trail loop that follows a bush trail heading west from the start area. Event formats include: - 6 hour solo ultra aiming to cover the longest distance in the time limit - Team event for pairs with Male, Female and Mixed categories - Marathon with a requirement to start the final lap before the 6 hour mark The course is described as flat, smooth and fast. Headlamps are required.
Water will be available at the aid station but no cups will be provided, so runners should carry personal bottles and any additional fuel needed for laps. Race packs and bibs are available for collection from the race venue on the day. There will be no formal on-site briefing; briefing details will be emailed to entrants and questions can be raised via the event Facebook page.
Entry categories include male, female and age groups for solo races where minimum entry numbers apply. Refunds are available under a tiered schedule with reduced amounts closer to the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
