Naples Half Marathon (Barron Collier Companies)
The Naples Half Marathon, with title sponsor Barron Collier Companies, is a USATF sanctioned and certified half marathon. The event supports the Gulf Coast Runners Youth Development and Scholarship Fund and carries USATF sanction number 26-14-161061.
The race offers free photos taken along the course and provides pacing groups through MarathonPacing.com covering finish times from 1:40 to 3:00 as a free service. A strict three hour course time limit is enforced (13:44 pace); participants who do not meet the limit will be asked to move to the sidewalk. Friends and family are not permitted to cross the finish line or enter the finish chute; violations result in disqualification.
Awards and recognition include cash purses for top finishers, age group awards five deep across 28 age groups, medals for the first 1600 finishers, and unique finisher medals for those who finish within the three hour limit. Cash prize details include a $10,000 purse for the top five men and top five women (US citizens only), a $5,500 purse for Masters categories (all countries), and $100 for each age group winner; prize recipients must be at least 18 years old. Minimum registration age is 13.
Packet pick up is offered on two days at Naples on the Run from 11:00am to 4:00pm and on race morning at Cambier Park from 5:15am to 6:50am. A post race celebration may include food, beverages, and music, subject to local guidelines. Registration is recommended early due to course restrictions.
