Course and Location
This is the 15th annual event. The Half Marathon course is on Nantucket Island. The route passes through sandy beach roads, bike paths, and lightly traveled neighborhood streets. It features ocean views and travels through the Smooth Hummocks Coastal Preserve, a globally rare sand plain grassland ecosystem. The start and finish line is at historic Bartlett's Farm.
Participant Information
There is no quarter marathon option; participants must complete the full half marathon course. Registration is non-refundable. The event sold out on August 1st the previous year. Racers registered before September 1st are guaranteed a t-shirt; after that date, sizes are subject to availability. A free kids fun run is also offered, where each child receives a pumpkin from Bartlett's Farm. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
